Walks take place on Tuesdays and alternate between mornings and afternoons. Everyone is welcome, including dogs, so if you would like to come along then we will be delighted to see you. Specific information about each months walks including the time and meet point will be available each month.

About the event
Our Midsummer walk will begin at 2pm on Tuesday 23rd June in Otford, where there is a suitable car park with reasonable parking charges. The village is about 30 minutes’ drive from Mereworth, so car sharing is advisable. The High Street car park is by St Bartholomew’s church hall just to the west of the village centre. We shall walk from there, west along the High Street to the River Darent. Turning north along the Darent Valley Path to Home Farm, we shall then head west to cross the river, making our way to Filston Lane. We will walk about 500 metres on Filston Lane to Shoreham village, turning along Church Street to see the church of St Peter and St Paul. After a rest at the church, we shall take the footpath from Station Road across the Darenth Valley Golf Course back to Otford village centre. In Otford we…
